Excellent location, awesome hotel and lovely staff. There's Delhi Hut within 10 minutes walk or so, liked their menu.

The venue is GREAT and awesome. Enjoyed the nice beds. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. This is like the best place to stay in Rotorua.

Easy walk to Capers Epicurean, where you can have lunch. We liked everything in union victoria motel, it was excellent❤
